Providing Safe Therapeutic Touch To Tucson’s QT2s+BIPOC Community

We are a QT2s+BIPOC practice that has chosen the lifelong journey of healing & chosen to make our life’s work helping others in our community find & awaken their own inner healer.

Our mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies all need nourishment. All need to be seen. And through our healing journeys from tired and overworked to living in our truth and moving through our trauma and blockages, we’ve found our highest excitement and joy in helping others do the same.

At Heal-Thy Sol our primary focus is being a safe healing space for our people. As individuals of this unique community, we understand that access to safe bodywork is not always easy to come by and that sometimes self-care feels like a luxury.

We work from a person-centered, body-neutral, trauma-informed, queer, and trans-literate perspective. This means that we strive to make treatments a collaboration between you, the client, and us, the practitioner.

Both our lived and professional experiences have taught us that social injustices and structural inequalities place a higher burden of survivability on historically marginalized/excluded folks. This is especially true when it comes to health management.

Heal-Thy Sol offerings are for folx who identify with the following groups:

  • Queer, Trans, Non-Binary, and 2spirit people

  • Brown, Black, Indigenous, and All People of Color

  • Folx with chronic pain, fatigue, and or ‘dis-ease’

  • Survivors of trauma

  • Folx managing their mental health with therapeutic touch

We are here to build community. We are here to support you in reaching into the corners of your being— to find your truth and to let go of what is no longer serving you. And we are here as a vessel of love, non-judgment, and unwavering support— no matter your past or current circumstance.
